In the season of high temperature and high humidity, the temperature and humidity of the environment where the laser is located increase, especially in the rainy season in the Middle East and the southern region, and the environment for using the laser will be affected to different degrees. According to the experience of using lasers, using lasers for a long time in a high-temperature and humid environment will accelerate the aging of the internal components of lasers, and even lead to condensation, which will cause irreversible damage to the optics and electronics.
Short-circuits and damage to electrical components
After condensation occurs in the laser, the electrical components are very susceptible to short-circuiting. There are many circuit boards and electrical modules inside the laser, and short-circuiting will lead to damage to the circuit boards and modules, and in serious cases, the entire laser will be scrapped.



Provide the laser with the independent installation of an air conditioning space environment to reduce the dew point temperature. Ensure that the temperature of the laser and the ambient temperature is similar. (Such as the laser outside the chiller set temperature of 25 degrees, the ambient temperature control of 23-27 degrees is appropriate)
Install dehumidifiers for the laser operating space to reduce ambient humidity in environments with excessive humidity. (It is recommended that the humidity control is less than 50 percent is appropriate)
